“The Backside Learning Center supplies instructional opportunities and sources the employees have to thrive. My work largely consisted of translation and helping the employees in the social companies department with case management, the meals distribution program, and outreach to the neighborhood. NACE surveyed employers of all sizes from throughout the country about “career readiness competencies,” the importance of those attributes, and what they consider to be the extent of student proficiency for every competency. Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, this summer season was an particularly fascinating time to intern for a county government.
