Data Factories Terms of Service
- Intellectual Property Ownership Data Factories retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the content, software, and materials provided on its platform, including curriculum translations, instructional resources, and workforce-ready programs. Users acknowledge that all such content is protected by United States copyright law and international treaties.
- User Contributions Users who submit content (e.g., feedback, modifications, or original materials) grant Data Factories a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and distribute the contribution in any medium, including for educational or commercial purposes, without attribution.
- Licensing of Materials Data Factories licenses its workforce-ready programs under a non-transferable, non-sublicensable agreement. Users may only use the materials for educational purposes directly related to their role as educators, instructional designers, or corporate trainers, and must not repurpose content for third-party commercial use without explicit written consent.
